I live in an awesome 3bd apt in Brighton with two other working ladies in their mid-20s. I have been offered a job in another city though and I am looking to sublet or have someone take over the lease from me beginning March 1 until the end of the lease (8/31) with the possibility to renew. The apartment has a spacious living room and kitchen and 1 and a 1/2 bathrooms and is fully furnished. My room is also quite spacious and has two windows. This room will be unfurnished. The apartment is located in Brighton Center steps from all the major bus lines and many restaurants and shops. Free parking near by. Utilities are not included but with electricity, heat, cable/internet it comes out to about $67 per person per month. The roommates are both really friendly and laid back and would also like to live with someone of the same nature and around the same age.
