hi there, I currently have one room in a three bedroom apartment available for rent immediately, move in cost is 900.00 and it will be a 6 month lease, so the lease will be up in sept, if we all get along i will probably renew with the landlord in sept, electric is included in the rent, gas is about 90 ea per month and cable/internet is about 30 ea per month so the total will be about 720/moabout the roommates,we are both in our mid thirties, and went to high school together, and we just recently reconnected through facebook, anyways, we are neat, and clean and respectful of others, I work nights as a chef, and he is a graphic designer and works days, we barely see each other on the weekends, I usually get home around 11 or so at the latest, make myself some dinner which im pretty quiet about, I would like to try and do like a once a week dinner to hang out and what not and talk about the week, since I am a chef and love to cook, please let me know if this sounds like a good situation for you, thanks for your time, again we are looking to have someone move in as soooon as possible!!!!!!!!of course the room can come furnished for a little extra which is negotiable or we can get rid of it for you,thanks again, Matt cats are OK - purrr Location: brighton, mass
