Hello all you people looking to sublet a room!I am looking for a room with easy access to the MBTA for commuting to Chelsea (where I work at a boat-building shop). I like Somerville and the Inman area (or anywhere in Cambridge, really) would be ideal. I am looking to pay no more than $750 with all utilities, and less would be better, of course! I would like to sublet the room until around June 1st, at which time I am going abroad for a few weeks.I am a responsible 25 year old who works full-time. I am not flaky, I respond in a timely manner to communication and issues, I pay bills and rent on time, I know how to responsibly enjoy an adult beverage, and I don't have any pets.I like things like good nights' sleeps, homemade beer, cooking organic steak and great vegetables, bicycles, sitting outside cafes searching for a place to live on craigslist, motorcycles, roommates who are happy and mentally active, subscriptions to good magazines, concord grapes, and listening to an eclectic mix of music.I can provide references from past roommates, employers, and my past landlord to attest to my being an all-around responsible and cool dude.
