We are currently playing out doing covers/originals and need to replace our current drummer asap! We are looking for a player over 30 who has experience playing live in cover and original bands. If you can sing...awesome!Some of the bands we cover are: Aerosmith, ZZTop, Coldplay, Cheap Trick, Led Zep, The Black Keys, Steve Miller Band, The Cars, Jimmy Eat World, Lenny Kravitz, Poison, Tom Petty, etc, etc. Most of the material are popular covers you probably already know but we do like to throw in some tunes here and there that are known but you never hear anybody play. We don't play Mustang Sally...don't even go there, okay?...or Jessie's Girl,....or 867-5309. We like to rehearse at least 1 to 2 times/week on average. It depends what we're working on. Please do not reply if you can only rehearse once a week. Although we are doing this mostly because we like to play, we do want to maintain a certain level of professionalism that we want, and club owners expect. We rehearse near the intersection of Routes 2 and 495. Also, I shouldn't have to say this (but apparently I do as you wouldn't believe the stories people send) but yeah, you really do need your own drum set, a car, and some form of steady income.
