Extremely busy metro west area law firm seeks an individual to make debt collection calls on our inventory of consumer debt files. The individual will be responsible for adhering to the rules of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and will be responsible for making/receiving calls to/from individuals looking to settle accounts. Ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of collections experience, preferably within a law firm setting. The job is part time initially and if successful could become a more permanent position.
