Mid-sized, collegial Boston law firm seeks full-time, professional, responsible and motivated administrative assistant to aid with a law practice focusing on estate planning and estate administration. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and have strong computer skills including proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Experience working as an administrative assistant in the legal field is a plus, but not a requirement. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate considering law school or a recent law school graduate to obtain hands-on experience working in the legal profession. Duties and responsibilities include acting as a liaison with clients, professional contacts and internal staff; document preparation; drafting correspondence; creating presentations for clients and seminars, processing mail; time entry; calendar maintenance and other duties as assigned. Candidates must have poise and excellent communication skills; be meticulous, accurate, and have strong organizational skills; be able to multi-task and exhibit initiative while working in a fast paced team environment.
