This position requires the work ethic and innovation necessary to generate ideas autonomously and work effectively in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities include exhibiting solid understanding of key client's CRM/eCRM programs as well as information including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services offered. Excellent communication skills are imperative, as well as reliability, a sense of entrepreneurship, and flexibility. Candidates must have a four year degree and 9-15 years of relevant account and/or project management experience.
