Reporting to the Regional Administrator, this individual will be responsible for maintaining quality of clinical services, including overall day-to-day branch operations, and be responsible for implementing the delivery of quality patient care. The Branch Director has responsibility and authority for maintaining quality patient care, in accordance with the organization's objectives and policies, through planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating the service. Candidates must be a Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred, MSN a plus, or a Bachelor's Degree in another discipline with experience in Home Care. Must have a current license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Ma. Current CPR certification, prior home care experience, prior supervisory experience, and knowledge of home care regulations. The qualified candidate must also have the ability to provide leadership, and oversee clinical responsibility of professional and paraprofessional Personnel.
