Who We Are The Barry Price Rehabilitation Center is a non-profit human service organization that provides support services to adults with developmental disabilities. For more information on The Price Center, please go to our website at: http://www.thepricecenter.org Status: Non-ExemptRequirements: -Current CPR, First Aid and MAP certifications required. -Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, work experience in a community setting. -Possession of a valid Drivers license, a good driving record and a willingness to use personal or agency vehicle in the course of employment. -Ability to interact with individuals, staff, and families in a professional manner.-Ability to work successfully as a member of a program team. -Ability to communicate orally and in writing.Summary Description: Under the general supervision of the Program Manager, the Asleep Overnight Staff will provide two overnight shifts at the residence. Each week, the Asleep Overnight Staff shall perform: 1. Two (2) asleep overnight shifts at the residence, Saturday and Sunday overnights, each consisting of the performance of all necessary care, services, and supervision of the individuals between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Staff is required to be awake from 6:00 a.m.-8:00 a.m.2.The Asleep Overnight Staff will be responsible for the individuals morning routines and preparation for their day. 3. From time-to-time, such the Price Center may reasonably request additional services consisting generally of the care and supervision of individuals. Compensation & Benefits: - $11.25/hour for five awake hours and $8.00/hr for six asleep hours for each shift.- Full benefits package including health, dental, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and paid vacation time etc. To Apply: Email resume and cover letter to hr@barrypricecenter.org, or fax to 617-244-0069.
