Manager of Community Based Day SupportsGROW Associates, Inc.Manages the planning and delivery of services for adults with developmental disabilities within assigned program area including developing and supervising support staff team members and case managers. Ability to develop ISP's and work with team for overall coordination of case management and of assigned individuals. Work as community liaison to promote integration and community relationships for individuals served within GROW Associates. Oversight and development of GROW recreational programs as needed to expand opportunities for program options for individuals served. Assist in the workflow and quality management of day-to-day operations in agency program. Supervision and evaluation of staff. Participate on the GROW management team in the development of programs and new initiatives. General Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and/or five years related experience in human service and/or education and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.Applicants must hold valid U.S. Driver's License for at least 1 year and clean background check. All applicants must be able to become CPR, First Aid, and Crisis Intervention certified within 90 days of employment Salary & Benefits: Salary based upon experience and education40 hour work week/ 8:00-4:30/ Monday --FridayExcellent benefits package including health and life and disability, accrued paid time off, paid holidays.
