Part time Residential Case Manager -- Supported Living Program.25 -- 30 hrs per weekWork Inc is seeking a Part-time Residential Case Manager to provide support services to adults with Developmental Disabilities and Mental Illness who resides in community based apartments throughout Greater Boston. Responsibilities will include assisting clients with transportation, to attend medical appointments, and daily living activities such as grocery shopping, household chores, as well as assistance with finances and with community activities. Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Rehabilitation Counseling, Special Education, Social Work or related field, OR minimum two years of experience.  Valid and current Driver's license and use of vehicle required. Must be willing to transport individuals in own vehicle An acceptable CORI and SDIP. Computer and record-keeping skills Highly organized, detailed-orientated, and have strong oral and written communications skills. Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel and Word  Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlinesPreference will be given to candidates that have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and familiar with DDS regulations and ISP processThe selected candidate will be a compassionate, creative, self-starter capable of working both independently and as part of a team.Interested parties should send resume with cover letter detailing your academic qualifications either via email to Fwatson@workinc.org or mail to Fay Watson, Director, Supported Living Program, WORK Inc, 25 Beach Street, Dorchester, MA 02122Salary: $12.81 per hr.
