This is a Full Time hourly non-exempt position that provides a primary responsibility for the direct care and support of individuals with developmental and other disabilities at Minute Man Arc for Human Services.Monday - FridayDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure & Safeguard consumers' human dignity, rights, and liberties. Assist consumers in developing and refining skills promoting functional independent during breaks, mealtimes, and other specific routines. Assist in the implementation of ISP (individual Service Plan) goals within a group setting or in one to one situations. Assist individuals physically, as necessary, including but no limited to: use of the restroom, lifting, transferring, feeding, grooming/hygiene, walking and emergency evacuation. Documenting each individual's progress toward the ISP. Ensure consumers' health, safety and general well-being Adhere to all Minute Man Arc policies and procedures.
