The Waltham YMCA is searching for a sports instructor to lead a group of children ages 3 to 11 instructing sports classes and providing support to sports camp. Classes are on weekday afternoons and weekend mornings. The camp position is for the weekday. Candidate must possess excellent child/parent communication skills, expertise in a variety of sports and the ability to work independently. Qualities needed for this position are:• Energetic, motivated and well organized individual who has a passion for children and sports.Required qualifications and/or certifications:• Experience working with youth in a recreational environment.
