Hub Pen Company is a leading supplier in the promotional products business supplying imprinted quality writing instruments to its distributors throughout the United States and Canada.Hub Pen has enjoyed solid growth over the past years and is looking to add a Quality Control Team MemberJob DescriptionThis team's responsibilities will include:- Opening art files on the computer and checking that everything meets our standardstype size, rule weights, overall size, etc.- Building pages of imprints that are printed out to film in the screen room- Reading over work order for accuracy in regards to pen style, imprint color, quantities, ship to addresses, etc.- Most complete and final Quality Control review of all aspects of each orderto ensure we continue to meet our own High Standards of QualityQualifications:- Some computer experience, graphic arts software experience preferred- A high degree of attention to detail/accuracy with an ability to recognize errors in spelling and in numbers- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments and workflows- Must be able to communicate effectively with other employees in production, graphics and customer service, as well as with supervisors and/or managers when necessary Location: Braintree, MAPrincipals only.
